Formee — a manufacturer of expanded clay (LECA) concrete precast elements
We make precast elements that speed up construction.
- Repeatable build quality
- On-time, predictable process
- Partnership throughout delivery
We deliver more than 500 projects a year — from single-family houses, through multi-family housing, to industrial and logistics facilities.
We work in a structured, predictable way — combining BIM technology with precise precast production and efficient logistics.
Our precast elements support projects with demanding technical and commercial requirements. We design buildings that are durable, functional and energy-efficient, in line with the principles of sustainable development.
Technology reinforces our experience, providing solutions that are reliable and controlled at every stage of delivery.

Benefits
More benefits of precast construction
- Shorter overall project delivery time.
- High quality of finished surfaces.
- No plastering required.
- Up to 5% more usable floor area without increasing the building footprint.
- High fire resistance of precast elements.
- Greater resistance to aggressive biological and chemical environments.
- Fast installation of elements, whatever the weather conditions.
- The flexibility of the precast system means even the most complex designs can be built.
- Finished walls arrive on site with window and door openings and integrated ring beams.
- Precast elements are ready to be connected to one another as soon as they are unloaded.
- Keeping wet trades to a minimum significantly shortens the entire construction process.
- Thanks to precast technology and an efficient site crew, a single-storey house can be erected in 1–2 days.
- Walls need no seasoning. Follow-on works can start just a few days after installation is complete.
- The indoor climate in homes built from our precast elements is friendly to allergy sufferers.
- Expanded clay concrete in the Formee system is non-combustible, chemically inert, and resistant to moisture, mould and fungi.
- The walls do not trap water vapour generated during construction or during the building's use.
- Expanded clay aggregate is able to neutralise the adverse effects of radiation from underground watercourses.
- Expanded clay is resistant to both high and low temperatures.
Formee
Formee was founded in 2021. Our company's first step was the strategic decision to build a modern precast concrete factory. In October 2021, full of enthusiasm, we began construction on a dedicated plot in the industrial park in Międzyrzecz.
Despite some challenges — including archaeological works on the purchased plot — our commitment and professionalism kept the work moving at pace. Determined, we pressed on with our mission, and in June 2022 the equipment was commissioned and the first precast concrete elements went into production.
An essential stage was the testing phase, during which every aspect of precast production was carefully thought through and fine-tuned. It was through this thorough, carefully planned work that the plant reached full functionality and began operating at full capacity. We are proud to say that the hand-over of finished products reached its peak in December 2022.
Building Formee has been a true team effort, in which every stage was not only a challenge but also an opportunity to develop new skills and refine our processes. Above all, we are guided by the ambition to provide our clients with the highest quality and professionalism at every stage of our cooperation.
