New house designs from our partner Kerhaus

Our authorised partner Kerhaus has expanded its range of single-family house designs for individual investors. All of them are built as precast structures, using elements from our plant.

For the investor, this means a ready-made design matched to the technology. The walls are not converted from a masonry design into precast after the fact — they are created as elements from the outset, with the panel layout, openings and service penetrations already planned.
