Domy Coloseum Pro residential design moves into construction

A residential building designed by our authorised partner Domy Coloseum Pro is entering the construction phase. The structure will be built from precast walls and floor slabs manufactured at our plant.

In precast construction the design stage matters more than in traditional building. The positions of openings, service penetrations and electrical boxes are fixed before the element is made — there is nothing left to chase or drill through on site. That is why the shop drawings are produced in a BIM model, described on our services page.
