Single-storey house with garage, 134,69 m2 — completed!

At the end of the week we have the pleasure of presenting another single-family house project, shared thanks to the kindness of our individual client, who made the photographs available. The single-storey house with a garage, with a floor area of 134,69 m2, was built in Lower Silesia. Installation of the elements went remarkably smoothly, producing a true “surprise the neighbours” effect. Our sincere thanks for the trust placed in us and for the opportunity to build this home in Formee technology.

It is worth noting that using precast construction significantly reduces the running costs of a build, especially when it comes to electricity consumption. The site stays tidy, which brings additional financial benefits for the client, who avoids the extra costs of disposing of waste generated during construction.
