Completion ceremony for affordable rental homes in Ostrowite

Today saw the ceremony marking the completion by Spółka sp. z o.o. of a development of rent-capped homes in the Municipality of Ostrowite, which is also a shareholder in the company. The development was partly financed with non-repayable government funds, including the Subsidy Fund and the Government Housing Development Fund. The project forms part of the social rental housing system.

As the manufacturer, Formee supplied the precast wall and floor slab elements, stairs and balconies. The general contractor was a Poznań-based company, which delivered the entire development turnkey in just 8 months using innovative technologies.

The development comprised a three-storey residential building with 23 homes of varying sizes, from 38,23 m2 to 60,51 m2. Every apartment has a balcony or terrace, depending on the storey. The building was designed with a single stairwell and a lift serving all storeys.

In addition, an internal road was built along with parking spaces, pavements, a bicycle shelter, electric car charging points and a waste collection area. The work was completed on schedule.
