A single-storey single-family house delivered with our authorised partner Expobud, on open ground near Łowicz. A precast structure, installed on a finished foundation slab.
We supplied external and internal load-bearing walls. The elements left the plant with window and door openings at their final dimensions and with a smooth surface, ready for finishing.

Scope of work
The walls arrived on a low-loader, in installation order, and went from under the tarpaulin straight onto the crane hook. Unloading and installation took place in a single cycle, with no storage on the plot.
With single-family houses, access can be a bigger constraint than the structure itself. The fewer vehicle movements across the plot, the lower the risk of churning up ground that is about to become a garden.
Scope of work: precast external and internal load-bearing walls, transport and installation on site.
