A group of terraced single-family houses near Warsaw, complemented by a detached single-storey building. All the units were built in the same precast technology.
We supplied external walls, internal load-bearing walls and gable walls. The units repeat the same layout, so the same element types returned on successive buildings.

Scope of work
Installation proceeded unit by unit, with a single crane run along the whole development. With repeatable housing, each successive building goes up faster, because the crew keeps installing the same set of elements.
This is the most favourable type of project for precasting: a mould prepared once serves a dozen or more units, and the differences between the buildings come down to the finishes.
