A bespoke house design — a project by partner Mihata
A bespoke design is sometimes seen as the opposite of precast construction. This project by our authorised partner Mihata shows that it is not — the unconventional form was built from elements cast in moulds, based on a shop model prepared for this particular house.
Precast does not mean a catalogue of repeatable walls. It means that a wall of a given geometry, with openings in given places, is made in a factory hall rather than on site. With a bespoke design the gain is even greater than with a standard one, because unusual details are the hardest to execute on site.
Mihata operates in the Mazowieckie and Pomorskie voivodeships.
