Another Grand Apartments build completed

At the beginning of June our main Partner Grand Apartments https://grand-apartments.eu/ completed another multi-family building, featuring the latest technological solutions in structure, heating and ventilation. We present photographs of the finished project, which began with the casting of the foundation slab at the beginning of December 2023. The building uses LECA concrete and normal-weight concrete walls. On the staircases we used sandwich (three-layer) walls, which will spare residents the cost of heating the stairwells and corridors. As part of this project we also supplied filigree (lattice girder) floor slabs, balconies with Isokorb insulation and straight stair flights with landings. The flats are fitted with individual heat pumps, accessed from the staircase side so they can be serviced without residents needing to be present.
