LECA concrete house installed in Stara Wieś — partner Kerhaus

In Stara Wieś, the installation of a single-family house made of LECA concrete precast elements, delivered together with our authorised partner Kerhaus, has been completed. The external and internal load-bearing walls arrived on site as finished elements and went straight from the trailer onto the foundation.

LECA concrete is a lightweight concrete made with fired clay aggregate — for the same load-bearing capacity, elements weigh less than those made of normal-weight concrete, and the wall has better thermal performance. We describe the material's properties in more detail on the LECA concrete page.
