A modern facade on a Mihata partner project

The facade of this house, built by our authorised partner Mihata, was formed from precast walls with a smooth, as-cast surface straight from the mould. The facing texture comes from the mix design and the preparation of the production table, not from a layer applied on site.

It is a saving that only becomes visible at the end: the wall needs no plastering or levelling, so finishing work can start as soon as the structure is closed in.

Our scope of supply covered the external and internal load-bearing walls, together with transport and installation.
